There's quite a few bogus (fraudulent) stories about me on the WWW & it appears very certain, clear that certain Government employees perpetrated the false & unverified information to newsmedia first in an 11 paragraph article on 3 Dec, 2003 published bt the Anderson, South Carolina newspaper The Independent-Mail, Inc., article by reporter Sam. Epps;
Also, disbarred S.C. Attorney Robt. Barnwell Clarkson II, J.D. admitted to me on the phone & in email commo that he'd given her (Sam. Epps) information that was not true. She'd falsely insinuated, published, implied wrongly that I was a "friend" of two others she named & I'd never even met them before being locked up with them; this falsely incriminated by bogus association. Their names are Ben. Gibbs & Bruce Hagan. Clarkson was not my friend either; he was only a temp. landlord while I was cleaning out a rented storage closet at his house in Anderson, S.C. More re him later especially re his DISBARRMENT by S. C. Supreme Court as I was also falsely incriminated by merely knowing him (association; wasn't a member of his Patriot Network or any other such group):

It appears I may not have been set free from BOP cuz did Artwork om my mail envelopes sent out re the $$$$, etc! It's a "custom of prisoners" to do artwork on such. Bear in mind I got "A" in H.S. Art & Chorus, Class of 1964 & had been a Master Journeyman Painter, Decorator, Paperhanger assoc. with as a member of building Trades Labor Union; AFL-CIO, Int'l. Brotherhood/Allied Trades. Specialties of "Colorman" & doing Insurance work. Also a Constitutional coin collector & researcher. Not a paralegal or LAWYEERR!

Here I'll fill in the gaps with facts not in the 1st. blogspot in relation to those in the 1st. one of 3 pages.
1. Worst HELLHOLE was Petersburg, Va. They treat you there like you're a vicious dog with rabies! U R locked up in a cell by yourself, or with others. They won't open the cell door unless all in the cell have handcuffs on. They open up the SLOT on the cell door...U have to put your hands & wrists up to, into the slot & they put the cuffs on U. Recall I have no criminal record per FBI rept. of 3 Dec, 2003.

NOW citing word for word (ver batim) part of DISBARRMENT of Atty. Robt. Barnwell Clarkson II, JD, re false incrimination of me by bogus, non-existing association. Didn't even meet him until about year 2000 AD. His offenses were in the 1970's.

Quoting from copy sent to me by U S District Court in S. C. in BOP in year 2004, rec'd. in the summer.

In the Matter of Robert Barnwell Clarkson, Respondent, No. 20686, 512, 513, 514, 244 South Eastern Reporter, 2d Series. Atty. Henry D. McMasters, Columbia, S. C. for Respondent (McMasters now Atty. General of S C? & is a cousin of Clarkson)

(1) he charged an excessive fee and attempted to bring pressure on a Mr. and Mrs. Norris to pay his fee (although not incurred by them) by filing a second action and a lis pendems against their property after the first action had been dismissed with prejudice; and
(2) he wrongfully withheld a welfare check from a Mrs. Lollis in order to harass her and extend pressure upon her to settle with his client...

(1) Respondent was indicted on 92 counts for causing to be presented to the Treasury, United States Revenue Service, an agency of the United States, claims, knowing them to be fraudulent, in violation of Title 16, United States Code, Sections 287 and 2.
(2) Respondent was on August 16, 1977, cited for contempt of court by the Honorable Charles E. Simmons, Jr., United States District Judge.
